The Bosch Residential Territory Manager is the primary brand ambassador and business development leader for Bosch Home Comfort residential products across Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba in Western Canada.

Dealer Network Development
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new Bosch‑branded residential dealers.
  • Build and maintain productive relationships with dealer principals, sales staff, and installation teams.
  • Ensure dealers can actively promote and sell the full Bosch residential product portfolio.
  • Track dealer performance metrics and provide coaching to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all dealer‑related matters within the territory.
Sales & Business Development
  • Develop and execute a territory business plan aligned with company and brand objectives.
  • Support dealers in achieving regional product sales goals in collaboration with the Master sales team.
  • Promote the full Bosch Home Comfort product line, including heat pumps, boilers, furnaces, water heaters, and smart controls.
  • Identify market opportunities and devise tactical sales strategies within the dealer network.
  • Support dealer promotions, financing programs, and residential sales initiatives.
  • Provide ongoing feedback on market activity, competitor landscape, and customer needs to inform strategy.
Training & Technical Support
  • Deliver product application and sales training to dealer staff and installation teams.
  • Supply technical product knowledge to enable confident selling and installation.
  • Stay current on new launches, technical updates, and industry developments in partnership with Bosch and Master teams.
Marketing & Brand Development
  • Champion the Bosch brand, ensuring consistent and professional representation across all dealer touchpoints.
  • Create and distribute marketing tools, product catalogues, and sales guides.
  • Collaborate with marketing and vendor teams for successful product launches and promotions.
  • Participate in industry events and professional groups to raise brand awareness.
Market Intelligence & Reporting
  • Collect and share market intelligence on trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
  • Provide regular reports on territory performance, dealer development, and market conditions.
  • Assist with regional inventory planning and forecasting in partnership with Supply Chain teams.
  • Contribute input on product pricing competitiveness and profitability.
What You Bring to Our Team
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant HVAC‑R industry experience, especially in residential heating and cooling.
  • Experience in dealer/channel development, territory management, or technical sales.
  • Strong technical knowledge of residential HVAC systems including heat pumps, mini‑splits, boilers, and controls.
  • Proven ability to build and manage dealer or customer relationships and drive sales growth.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Sense of urgency, customer empathy, and a focus on service excellence.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Knowledge of the Western Canadian residential HVAC market, including regional trends, rebates, and customer preferences.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly within the territory.
Compensation

Base Salary: $90,000 – $120,000 annually.

Supplemental pay: commission and annual bonus.
