This role offers a unique blend of customer service and technology support for the MPP Sales Support team. You will interact with Mortgage Brokers, Business Development Managers, and Lenders to improve productivity and operational efficiency. Your bilingual skills in English and French will be essential for effective communication with clients across various jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email

• Set up Lender and Broker profiles for MCI programs

• Assist with inquiries related to policies and training

• Partner with the Sales team on training presentations

• Troubleshoot and communicate issues effectively

Requirements:

• Postgraduate education or relevant experience

• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills

• Experience in the Mortgage Creditor Industry is a plus

• Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems

• Fully bilingual in English and French
