Drive business growth as Bosch's Territory Manager for Home Comfort in Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba. This role emphasizes dealer development and technical support for HVAC products.
As a key brand ambassador for Bosch Home Comfort, you will focus on business development within the Western Canadian market. Your responsibilities will include recruiting new dealers, coaching sales staff, and promoting HVAC products such as heat pumps and boilers. You will provide ongoing training and ensure dealers can effectively sell and support the full product line.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and onboard Bosch residential dealers
• Build relationships with dealers and teams
• Promote HVAC product sales and support initiatives
• Deliver training on product applications for dealer staff
• Provide market intelligence on trends and competition
Requirements:
• At least 5 years of HVAC-R industry experience
• Strong technical knowledge of residential heating and cooling products
• Proven ability to manage dealer relationships and drive sales
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid driver’s license with willingness to travel
