Position Overview

As the Pre-Construction Sales Manager, you will play a key role in building sustainable client relationships by developing a strong understanding of customer needs, project objectives, and procurement requirements. Reporting to the Vice President, Pre-Construction Sales, this role will support the development and execution of pre-construction sales strategies for the Fero brand, using customer insights, market awareness, and construction industry knowledge to identify, qualify, and pursue opportunities.

This position will manage the pre-construction sales process from lead generation and opportunity assessment through proposal development, submission, and follow-up, while collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver high-quality pursuit packages. The successful candidate will bring strong technical acumen, commercial awareness, attention to detail, and people leadership skills to help grow the customer base, achieve sales targets, and support the development of a high-performing team.
