As a Sales Lead, you'll immerse yourself in our brand culture, empowering customers through exquisite products. You’ll have at least 2 years of experience and be responsible for supporting Managers and guiding Sales Associates. With a passion for connecting with people, you will help cultivate brand loyalty and create memorable shopping experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Exceed individual and collective sales performance
• Engage customers to create memorable shopping moments
• Coach and motivate the sales team consistently
• Demonstrate product knowledge to drive brand loyalty
• Maintain focus on key performance indicators throughout
Requirements:
• 2+ years in a high-performance sales environment
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
• Strong analytical and business skills for success
• Competence in Microsoft Office 365 and POS systems
• Flexible availability, including nights and weekends
