As an Inside Sales Representative, you will facilitate effective communication between customers and technicians, manage bookings, and provide accurate service quotes for vehicle repairs. Your excellent customer service abilities and automotive knowledge will enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales, ensuring all products are accurately billed. You will also assist with inventory management and keep promotional materials updated in the showroom.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create work orders and manage customer bookings
• Provide service quotes and finalize sales
• Perform proactive customer satisfaction calls
• Recommend tire and mechanical services to clients
• Assist in inventory management and documentation
Requirements:
• Experience in the automotive or tire industry preferred
• Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory abstract
• Strong customer service and listening skills
• Knowledge of various tire and mechanical services
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude
