As a Home Services Representative, you will:

• Meet with homeowners and provide friendly, professional customer service

• Educate customers about water quality, water treatment, and indoor air quality solutions

• Schedule complimentary in-home water and air quality consultations

• Assist with customer inquiries and help identify their home service needs

• Represent Hydra Pure Group professionally within the community

• Build positive relationships with customers and prospective customers

• Help homeowners make informed decisions about improving their home's indoor environment

• Maintain accurate customer and appointment information

• Work closely with our customer service, sales, and installation teams

• Paid training provided

• No previous experience required - We provide the training and resources necessary to help the right candidates succeed.

• Job Type: Full-time, permanent

• Salary: $65,000 – $75,000 per year + bonuses

• Benefits: Health, dental, and company perks

• Location: Hamilton, Ontario

• Schedule: Monday to Friday

• Weekends/Holidays: No weekends or holidays

• Remote Work: This is NOT a remote position

The ideal candidate will have:

• Full-time residency in Canada

• Good command of the English Language

Previous customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, home services, or appointment-setting experience can be an asset, but industry experience is not required
