Join HOPA Ports as a Commercial leader focusing on strategic growth within our port and industrial real estate portfolio. This role emphasizes leasing, stakeholder engagement, and operational excellence.
This position, reporting to the Vice President, Commercial, promotes HOPA’s strategic vision and directs business development initiatives. You will manage a skilled Commercial team, promote leasing opportunities, and create meaningful relationships across various sectors. Leveraging market insights, you will prepare actionable recommendations while maintaining a strong pipeline of opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive a high-performance culture within the Commercial team
• Execute growth plans established by the Vice President
• Track and report on commercial opportunity pipeline
• Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence
• Lead stakeholder engagement across departments
Requirements:
• Degree in business administration or related field
• Commercial negotiation skills in real estate
• Proven track record in relationship management
• Knowledge of financial analysis and risk evaluation
• Class G driver’s licence required
