As an Account Specialist, you will collaborate with Account Representatives to deliver specialized knowledge to various customers.
Your role focuses on understanding complex requirements and customizing quotes, while increasing revenue through both new and existing accounts. Interacting face-to-face with clients, you will enhance satisfaction and ensure that their technical needs are met throughout your presentations and on-site solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive revenue by developing new business and nurturing existing accounts
• Build strong customer relationships through face-to-face interactions
• Prepare customized quotes based on complex customer requirements
• Deliver impactful sales presentations tailored to technical needs
• Provide on-site troubleshooting for customer concerns
Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED required
• Industry and sales experience preferred
• Knowledge of industrial products including hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
