The Account Executive is responsible for driving new business growth while managing and expanding existing client relationships within the courier and logistics industry. This role focuses on identifying customer needs, presenting tailored courier solutions, and ensuring exceptional service delivery.

The successful candidate will prospect and acquire new clients, develop sales strategies to achieve growth objectives, negotiate agreements, and conduct account reviews to strengthen client partnerships. This position requires a motivated, relationship-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced, competitive environment.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Ontario and surrounding area.
• Prospect, network, and cold call to generate leads and build a strong sales pipeline.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue and growth targets.
• Manage existing client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, retention, and service excellence.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, service adjustments, and escalations.
• Conduct regular account check-ins and business reviews to assess client needs and identify growth opportunities.
• Present and customize courier solutions tailored to client requirements.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and agreements to maximize value for both the company and the customer.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service execution.
• Stay informed on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity.
• Provide leadership with regular updates on sales progress, account performance, and opportunities.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field (preferred but not required).
• Experience, Skills & Abilities
• Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably within courier, logistics, or transportation.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a self-motivated, results-driven mindset.
• Ability to present solutions clearly and build lasting customer relationships.
• Knowledge of last-mile delivery, express shipping, or freight logistics is an asset.
• Willingness to travel within Quebec and surrounding area as needed
