Position: (MAA) Assistant Manager- Sales Support MAA
  • To Manage Procurement of Rates from Airlines / Agents and co-ordinate with all in concern for RFQ Submission.
  • To procure Rates & accurately submit for Spot shipment Rate Enquiries.
  • To support local call-in customer enquiries and pass on to Sales Team.
  • To create a Customer code and set up credit terms.
  • Managing internal & customer complaint relations to sales.
  • Customer calls to generate sales and sales leads.
  • Support incoming sales leads to generate sales.
  • Close sales enquiries from local and overseas offices.
  • To support assigned sales Personnel in generating quotations into the system for all the business closed.
  • To support closing the other location secured quotations in the system.
  • To Manage presentation materials for Sales Team.
  • To qualify all Sales Leads and market intelligence from Product Managers and promote to Sales Team.
  • Assist the DM in sales procurement.
