As a Sales Associate, you’ll bring at least 3 years of customer-facing experience to the team, focusing on fostering relationships and understanding client needs. Your expertise will help customers navigate financing and choose their ideal vehicle while ensuring satisfaction at every step.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers and maintain a professional showroom environment

• Provide detailed answers about new and used vehicles

• Use strong communication to assist with vehicle selection

• Keep customer databases updated to enhance future sales

• Lead test drives and showcase dealership offerings

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of automotive sales experience

• Must possess a valid CA-issued Driver's License

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s preferred

• At least 3 years in customer-facing roles required

• Excellent communication skills in writing and conversation
