As the Commercial Manager, you'll report to the Vice President and translate strategic goals into tangible outcomes. Your responsibilities include overseeing the Commercial team and identifying leasing opportunities across various portfolios. This role is crucial to enhancing HOPA’s investment in community and industrial properties.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and support a high-performing team across multiple sites
• Implement commercial strategies and translate them into account plans
• Maintain a pipeline of opportunities and assess activity outcomes
• Analyze market trends to prepare strategic recommendations
• Negotiate commercial agreements with cross-functional teams
Requirements:
• Education in business, real estate, or engineering
• Demonstrated ability in sales and negotiations
• Strong skills in legal documents and lease clauses
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software
• Transportation industry experience is an asset
