As part of the Mining Environmental Approvals team, you will prepare applications and technical documents crucial for mining projects. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, you will assess impacts on water quality and contribute to robust monitoring programs. Engaging various stakeholders will be key to ensuring project success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate environmental approvals for metal mining projects
• Develop and review environmental monitoring plans
• Assess impacts on surface and groundwater quality
• Collaborate with diverse teams for project approvals
• Track regulatory trends and updates
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree; advanced degree an asset
• Five or more years of experience in consulting
• Technical expertise in water quality analysis
• Understanding of Ontario mining regulations
• Strong communication and organizational skills
