We are looking for a Junior Excess Soils Specialist to integrate into our innovative team of engineers and planners. Your contributions will be vital in assessing, managing, and coordinating excess soils for urban construction projects. You will help ensure all activities align with project specifications and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify data gaps in environmental investigations

• Assist in and lead field programs for soil characterization

• Develop Excess Soils Management Plan documentation

• Supervise field investigation teams and reporting

• Ensure adherence to Ontario regulatory frameworks

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science or related field

• 1-3 years relevant experience with major transportation projects

• At least 1 year in Environmental Site Assessments

• Familiarity with excess soils investigations

• Experience supporting field investigation teams
