Dynamic Heating & Cooling in Hamilton, ON, is expanding its HVAC team with an experienced Sheet Metal Installer. This position invites motivated individuals with at least 7 years’ experience to grow their careers.

As a family-owned business, we prioritize skill development and quality service. You will be responsible for precise installations and collaboration with a team committed to excellence in HVAC. We also support apprentices aiming for certification and career advancement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform skilled HVAC installations in sheet metal work

• Interpret and follow mechanical installation drawings

• Provide mentorship to less experienced team members

• Uphold quality service standards with every project

• Participate in an on-call rotation when necessary

Requirements:

• At least 7 years’ HVAC installation experience

• Preferred G3 gas ticket or G2 certificate

• Clean driver's license and background check

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Ability to perform heavy physical tasks
