Dynamic Heating & Cooling is expanding and seeking a dedicated Lead HVAC Installer with a minimum of 7 years’ experience in residential systems. The role emphasizes customer service, quality workmanship, and safety compliance, as well as leadership in guiding apprentices. With a strong focus on integrity and team success, you'll excel in a company that values your contributions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and maintain HVAC systems and equipment

• Ensure all documentation and customer education is thorough

• Maintain equipment and uphold cleanliness in service vehicle

• Collaborate with sales on system upgrades

• Mentor apprentices, promoting skill development

Requirements:

• 7+ years of lead installation experience in HVAC

• Valid G2 Gas License with certifications

• Proficiency in reading mechanical drawings

• Strong communication skills and a leadership mindset

• Willingness for an on-call rotation
