Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain landscaping through regular mowing and trimming

• Snow plow access roads and critical areas for safety

• Conduct routine site inspections and necessary repairs

• Operate HVAC systems and respond to alarms

• Perform minor repairs and preventive tasks as required

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of facilities maintenance experience

• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems

• Landscaping equipment operation skills are a plus

• Valid G driver’s license is mandatory

• Ability to work in varying weather conditions
