Cabinet Maker​/Closet Installer

Position Overview

Red Rose Custom Closets is hiring a skilled and motivated Cabinet Maker / Custom Closet Installer to join our growing team. This role involves both manufacturing in the shop and installing custom closets on-site, with a strong focus on precision, efficiency, and clean, high‑end finishes.

This is a full‑time position with consistent work and opportunity to grow.

• Manufacture custom closets and cabinetry in the shop
• Install custom closet systems in office (reach‑ins, walk‑ins, built‑ins)
• Ensure clean, level, and professional installations in client homes
• Operate CNC, edge bander, and drilling equipment
• Perform line boring and accurate shelf pin drilling
• Assemble drawers and cabinet components
• Load/unload materials and organize the service van
• Read and follow measurements using inches and decimals
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
• Work efficiently under tight timelines

• Experience in cabinetry, millwork, or closet installation preferred
• Strong understanding of measurements (inches & decimals)
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Detail‑oriented with high standards for quality
• Quick learner with a willingness to take on challenges
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment
• Valid G driver’s license (required)
• Ability to drive a service van to job site

• Able to problem‑solve on‑site during installations
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude

Starting pay: $20–$25/hr based on experience. Full training provided for the right candidate. Opportunity to grow within the company. Wage increases based on performance, skill, and responsibility. Top performers can grow to $30–$35/hr over time. Full‑time, year‑round work.
