This is a hands‑on maintenance role focused on installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing stationary industrial machinery and mechanical systems within a continuous production environment.

• Follow all safety policies and promote safe work practices at all times
• Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints
• Install, align, move, and dismantle industrial equipment including conveyors, pumps, tanks, and fans
• Maintain and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and vacuum systems, including PLC‑related equipment
• Assemble and prepare machinery using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment
• Operate lifting and rigging equipment such as cranes, hoists, and jacks
• Machine and fabricate replacement parts using drills, grinders, and related tools

• Licensed Red Seal Industrial Mechanic Millwright certification
• Experience in industrial or heavy equipment maintenance environments
• Ability to work in physically demanding conditions (lifting up to 50 lbs, climbing, confined spaces, dusty environments)
• Strong safety awareness and compliance with PPE requirements (including respirator fit requirements where applicable)
• Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
