This role offers hands-on experience in a rewarding environment, where you will assess property damage and assist in restoring affected spaces.
You'll work with specialized tools, coordinating drying and deodorization systems and handling various remediation tasks. Your leadership will be vital in ensuring efficient team logistics and communication throughout each project.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess damage and develop remediation plans
• Utilize specialized tools for water and mold remediation
• Organize site setup and ensure safety protocols
• Communicate project progress effectively with the team
• Lead response crews during restoration efforts
Requirements:
• 1+ years in the restoration/emergency sector required
• Effective communication skills with clients and coworkers
• Familiarity with remediation procedures (IICRC S-500)
• Basic understanding of equipment used in restoration
• Fit test and safety certifications required
