Element Tents and Structures is hiring Outdoor Tent Installers for this season! Work with an enthusiastic team to deliver and set up tents at various events.

This position is set to begin in April and requires motivated individuals ready to perform physically demanding tasks. As a Tent Installer, you will handle installation, removal, and safe delivery of tenting and equipment while upholding strict safety standards. Teamwork and effective communication are fundamental to success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and remove tent structures as directed

• Load and transport rental equipment safely

• Work at heights while ensuring safety compliance

• Care for tools and maintain a clean workspace

• Collaborate in a team-oriented environment

Requirements:

• Capable of lifting 75 lbs and working at heights

• High School diploma or equivalent

• Strong ability to follow instructions

• Flexible availability for overtime and weekends

• Steel toe boots necessary
