As part of a tight-knit crew, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality structural fittings while working independently. Your ten-plus years of experience will be invaluable as you navigate tool and jig operations while leading by example. Safety standards must be upheld at all times, particularly when using overhead cranes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently fit complex structural components

• Safely operate overhead cranes for moving materials

• Mentor junior team members when necessary

• Select tools and ensure proper work conditions

• Address welding challenges effectively

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years fitting in industrial settings

• Expertise in FCAW (Flux Core) welding

• Experience with thick gauge steel up to 3 inches

• Strong proficiency with welding equipment

• Comprehensive understanding of safety standards
