Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and lead a team of electricians and service technicians

• Coordinate daily service activities and project lifecycle management

• Provide technical support for maintenance and emergency repairs

• Assist in quoting small electrical projects and service calls

• Collaborate with management to shape regional growth strategy
Requirements:

• 5-10 years in electrical service or maintenance

• 309A Construction & Maintenance Electrician License required

• Knowledge of ICI electrical systems and CSA standards

• Experience managing unionized staff

• Valid G driver's license and travel readiness
