Position: Service Technician III Job at BOXX Modular
OXX Modular is seeking a full-time Service Technician III for its Stoney Creek, ON location. This role involves on-site maintenance and repair of modular buildings to ensure excellent performance for our clients.

As a fundamental part of our operations, your job will entail cleaning, servicing, and customizing our modular fleet according to client needs. Ideal candidates are experienced general contractors or handymen with solid skills in various repair areas, including flooring and siding. This is an opportunity to bring your expertise to a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform floor and wall repairs across various units

• Install kitchen facilities, toilets, and sinks as required

• Handle exterior siding installation with precision

• Manage cleanliness of modular units and work spaces

• Conduct general maintenance and shop clean-up

Requirements:

• 3-7 years of construction or handyman experience

• Valid driver's license and good driving history

• Excellent English communication skills mandated

• Ability to work outside in all weather conditions

• Relevant certifications such as forklift or WHMIS beneficial
