This experienced role involves diagnosing, overhauling, and repairing all types of motor trucks and trailers didates must have a minimum of 5 years' hands-on tractor-trailer maintenance experience and be proficient with tools and diagnostic equipment. Here, you’ll work independently, ensuring safety and efficiency while maintaining high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on trucks and trailers
• Inspect brake systems and major components for functionality
• Document repairs on the repair order accurately
• Utilize various hand and power tools safely
• Conduct road tests to diagnose vehicle issues
Requirements:
• 5+ years of tractor-trailer maintenance experience
• Valid Provincial License such as Red Seal/310T
• Class D or class 3 driver's license with air brake certification
• Proficiency with diagnostic and hydraulic tools
• Basic computer skills for documentation
