Salary Range: $60,000–$63,000

Our client is looking for someone with proven field service experience, ideally servicing beverage, food, or commercial equipment, who takes pride in quality workmanship and building strong customer relationships. • Travel throughout the Hamilton region to service, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain customer equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance and emergency service calls
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues efficiently in the field
• Build strong relationships with customers by providing professional and responsive service
• Complete service documentation, reports, and work orders accurately
• Maintain company vehicle, tools, and inventory responsibly
• Coordinate with internal service and operations teams to ensure timely issue resolution
• Represent the company professionally at all customer locations

• Previous experience as a Field Service Technician, Service Technician, Maintenance Technician, or similar hands‑on technical role
• Ideal experience servicing beverage equipment, food equipment, or similar commercial equipment
• Strong troubleshooting experience with mechanical and electrical systems
• Customer‑facing service experience with strong communication skills
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work independently, manage service calls, and prioritize workload effectively
• Must be based in the Hamilton region
• Must have a place to park a company utility van
