At Johnson Controls, we're seeking dedicated talent to join our ranks as First-Year HVAC Service Apprentices. You will learn vital skills while working alongside industry professionals on HVAC mechanical equipment and controls. This role includes training opportunities that enhance your skill set, enabling you to tackle technical challenges and enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Train on HVAC mechanical equipment at client sites

• Participate in certified training sessions at the Service Technical Academy

• Troubleshoot technical issues and fulfill customer needs

• Communicate progress and issues to JCI and clients

• Recommend solutions to improve facility efficiency
Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in mechanical systems servicing

• Must be on the Ready-to-Hire list with UA Local 787

• Knowledge of HVAC systems and facilities management

• Strong interpersonal skills for professional representation

• Valid driver’s license required
