We are looking for dedicated technicians with a 310S Journeyman license to diagnose, test, and repair various vehicle systems at Subaru of Hamilton. You will play a crucial role in mentoring apprentices while performing preventative maintenance and repairs, ensuring that each vehicle meets the highest standards of safety and functionality. Your communication will be vital as you interact with Parts and Service Advisors to manage workflow effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform vehicle repairs according to dealer and OEM standards

• Conduct detailed inspections and recommend repairs

• Maintain inventory of required technician tools

• Document all work clearly in repair orders

• Participate in factory training and workshops

Requirements:

• Valid 310S Journeyman license mandatory

• ODP License and Red Seal Certification preferred

• Professional demeanor and work ethic required

• High-level integrity and teamwork skills

• Experience with electronic diagnostic equipment
