• Repair, maintain, and replace commercial heating and cooling systems.
• Partner with Journeymen in the repair of centrifugal, steam turbines, and open‑drive screw chillers.
• Provide high‑level service to solve facility inefficiencies and resolve service‑related items.
• Act as a trusted advisor, providing solutions and outcomes at commissioning and aftermarket service.
• Provide recommendations and solutions to ensure facilities run efficiently, including upselling opportunities.
• Provide quotes to support recommendations and solutions.
• Support the fast‑growing HVAC business in North America.
• May be required to pass an examination to identify special skills.
• Attend factory certification through Service Technical Academy (STA).
• Participate in incentive programs focused on safety and performance.

• Use vibration equipment and dial indicators for mechanical shaft alignment, troubleshooting, and maintenance of pumps, fans, and compressors.
• Utilize knowledge of commercial HVACR services.
• Travel 10–20% to support Branch customers.
• Pass a knowledge examination to assess proficiencies.
• Engage in training programs to gain HVAC product knowledge and sales quoting.

• Member or willing to join the United Association of Journeymen and Apprentices of the Plumbing and Pipe Fitting Industry of the United States and Canada, AFL‑CIO.
• Minimum of Three (3) years Commercial and/or industrial mechanical troubleshooting experience in the HVAC industry.
• Able to use vibration equipment to troubleshoot drive lines.
• Self‑starter with a passion/desire to learn and apply on the job.
• Attention to detail through interpersonal, digital, and written skills.
• Prioritize safety in all forms.
• Universal EPA refrigerants license, applicable state or local licensing, and valid driver's license.

Pay Range: 62,40$ hourly rate determined by the CBA/rate sheet.
