As our next Operations Technician – Electrician, you’ll be at the forefront of maintaining and troubleshooting industrial electrical systems that support high‑volume manufacturing operations. Your expertise in industrial electrical systems and PLC controls will be crucial in ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient plant performance.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Install, repair, maintain, and test industrial electrical equipment and control systems
Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical malfunctions across plant operations
Maintain and support PLC systems used in manufacturing equipment
Develop and execute preventative maintenance programs and maintain records
Test electrical systems to ensure safety, efficiency, and compliance
Inspect wiring, circuits, and grounding systems to ensure proper installation
Support manufacturing equipment including presses, grinding, and sintering systems
Perform motor repairs and assist with electrical upgrades as required
Ensure all work complies with safety standards, electrical codes, and quality systems
What We’re Looking For:
Electrical trade certification (Industrial Electrician or equivalent) or equivalent experience2–3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment (automotive preferred)
Strong knowledge of PLC systems and industrial controls
Experience with electrical troubleshooting in industrial settings
Understanding of electrical systems, circuits, and safety requirements
Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently
Bonus Points If You Have:
Experience with powder metal processes (presses, grinding, sintering)
Knowledge of pneumatics and metal stamping equipment
Experience operating or maintaining material handling equipment
Experience working in heavy manufacturing environments
