About the Role  Dynamic Heating and Cooling—Hamilton’s fastest-growing family-owned HVAC company—is looking for technicians that want to grow their skillset, have a minimum of 7 years experience as an  HVAC Sheet Metal Technician  and have a self-starter attitude!4th year 308A apprentices are welcomed to apply!

Competitive Compensation   Base Pay:  $28–$43/hour (depending on experience)
Commissions:
On equipment replacement sales from qualified referrals
On residential and commercial maintenance package sales
Performance Bonuses for meeting and exceeding service and customer goals
Our lead installers earn more through initiative, craftsmanship, and mentorship—not just time on the clock.
Requirements   At least 5 years of experience working as a sheet metal installer
G3 gas ticket or G2 (preferred)
Valid 308R certification (preferred)
Valid driver’s license and clean background check
Minimum  7 years of experience  as an HVAC installer or sheet metal construction
Ability to work at heights and perform physically demanding tasks
Proven ability to read and follow mechanical drawings and installation manuals
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation as required
Leadership mindset with a focus on quality, teamwork, and mentorship
