Millwright Position at Darling International

Join Darling International Canada as a skilled Millwright and play a key role in maintaining industrial machinery. This position focuses on installation, troubleshooting, and repairs to enhance equipment efficiency.
As a Millwright reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for various maintenance activities to ensure optimal machinery operation. You'll work collaboratively with engineers and electricians to troubleshoot mechanical issues effectively. Your technical expertise will contribute to minimizing downtime and increasing productivity within the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery

• Install and assemble machinery based on plans

• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues

• Align and calibrate machines using precision tools

• Maintain records of maintenance activities
Requirements:

• Certified Millwright 433A ticket required

• Experience with conveyors, hydraulics, and pumps

• Knowledge of electrical components is a plus

• Experience with boiler systems is an asset
