Millwright Apprentice Level 2

We are currently seeking a motivated Millwright Apprentice to join our Maintenance team.

• Assist with troubleshooting, diagnosing, repairing, replacing, and testing industrial machinery and mechanical equipment
• Support maintenance activities involving hydraulic, pneumatic, lubrication, cooling, fuel, and exhaust systems
• Assist with servicing pumps, fans, tanks, conveyors, presses, generators, and hydraulic/pneumatic controls
• Complete preventative maintenance tasks and inspections
• Accurately complete work orders, service checklists, and maintenance reports
• Report equipment malfunctions and defects to the Maintenance Supervisor
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Return unused parts and company tools to designated areas
• Follow all Occupational Health & Safety policies and procedures
• Support company quality and environmental objectives
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

• Registered Millwright Apprentice (433A) or actively pursuing apprenticeship registration
• Minimum 2–3 years of industrial or mechanical maintenance experience in a manufacturing or heavy industrial environment
• Previous industrial or mechanical maintenance experience considered an asset
• Basic knowledge of industrial machinery, hydraulics, and pneumatic systems
• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Positive attitude with strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a physically demanding industrial environment
• Valid G Driver’s License considered an asset

Wage: $26.70 per hour.

Shift: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM (overtime as required).
