Johnson Controls seeks a full-time CFAA Fire Alarm Inspector with over five years of experience. This role includes inspecting, testing, and maintaining life safety systems, using low-voltage equipment, and documenting inspections through technology. You'll also provide training to junior inspectors and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct routine inspections and testing on fire alarm systems
• Use low-voltage wiring and devices for operations
• Complete service acknowledgements with accurate coding
• Input and archive inspection documents via computer
• Perform minor repairs and programming changes to systems
Requirements:
• CFAA Certification is mandatory
• Minimum 5 years in fire alarm inspection or service
• Proficient in reading schematics and manuals
• Comfortable with physical demands of the role
• Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills
