In this role, you'll manage a team of electricians and enhance our operational capabilities. The position emphasizes proactive problem-solving and maintaining high safety standards while coordinating electrical service projects. You'll also identify new business opportunities and collaborate with various teams to reach strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and mentor teams of electricians and service personnel
• Manage life cycle of service calls and small project work
• Provide emergency repairs and preventive maintenance support
• Assist in quoting for small electrical projects
• Champion a culture of safety within the team
Requirements:
• 5-10 years in electrical maintenance or service
• 309A Construction & Maintenance Electrician License required
• Knowledge of standards from OESC and CSA
• Background with union agreements preferred
• Willingness to travel across Southwestern Ontario
