Field Service Engineer – Greater Hamilton Area

Full-Time | $60,000–$63,000 Salary

We are seeking a motivated and customer‑focused Field Service Engineer to support commercial beverage equipment customers across the Greater Hamilton Area.

This role is ideal for a hands‑on technical professional who enjoys troubleshooting, working independently in the field, and solving mechanical and electrical equipment issues in real time.

• Install, service, and maintain commercial beverage equipment at customer sites
• Perform preventive maintenance and repair work on electromechanical systems
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration‑related issues in the field
• Maintain service vehicle inventory and ensure readiness for customer calls
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and internal teams
• Provide technical support to the Sales Department when required
• Participate in product testing and field service initiatives
• Support trade shows, training sessions, and technical demonstrations as needed
• Complete additional service‑related duties as assigned

• Diploma, degree, or vocational training in electrical and/or mechanical discipline
• 3‑5 years of technical field or industrial service experience
• Strong troubleshooting skills with electromechanical equipment
• Refrigeration experience and refrigerant handling certification considered an asset
• CFESA certification is an asset
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently in a field service environment
• Proficient with Windows and Microsoft Office applications
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Must reside in or near the Greater Hamilton Area
