Field Service Engineer – Greater Hamilton Area
Full-Time | $60,000–$63,000 Salary

We are seeking a motivated and customer‑focused Field Service Engineer to support commercial beverage equipment customers across the Greater Hamilton Area.
This role is ideal for a hands‑on technical professional who enjoys troubleshooting, working independently in the field, and solving mechanical and electrical equipment issues in real time.
Key Responsibilities- Install, service, and maintain commercial beverage equipment at customer sites
- Perform preventive maintenance and repair work on electromechanical systems
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration‑related issues in the field
- Maintain service vehicle inventory and ensure readiness for customer calls
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and internal teams
- Provide technical support to the Sales Department when required
- Participate in product testing and field service initiatives
- Support trade shows, training sessions, and technical demonstrations as needed
- Complete additional service‑related duties as assigned
- Diploma, degree, or vocational training in electrical and/or mechanical discipline
- 3‑5 years of technical field or industrial service experience
- Strong troubleshooting skills with electromechanical equipment
- Refrigeration experience and refrigerant handling certification considered an asset
- CFESA certification is an asset
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently in a field service environment
- Proficient with Windows and Microsoft Office applications
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must reside in or near the Greater Hamilton Area
This role is best suited for a hands‑on technician who enjoys
- Field‑based troubleshooting and problem‑solving
- Working directly with customers
- Electrical and mechanical diagnostics
- Independent work with minimal supervision
- A mix of service, maintenance, and technical support responsibilities
