Maintenance Lead - Industrial Electrician

Key Responsibilities:

• Mentor maintenance apprentices for skill development

• Troubleshoot and maintain production equipment effectively

• Document scheduled maintenance and compliance consistently

• Plan and execute installation of new control circuits

• Conduct preventive maintenance on all facilities

Requirements:

• High School Diploma required

• Licensed 442A, 309A Electricians needed

• Minimum 5 years in industrial electrician roles

• Familiarity with PLCs and hand tools is essential

• 1-2 years leadership experience preferred
