Join the Winland Foods team in Stoney Creek as an Industrial Mechanic. Maintain and troubleshoot packaging and processing equipment efficiently and safely in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

As a key member of the production team, you will focus on servicing and repairing equipment for packaging and processing, ensuring reliability and minimal downtime. This full-time role requires advanced troubleshooting skills and a proactive approach to equipment maintenance. You will collaborate closely with teams to implement solutions and improvements across various manufacturing lines at our facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Repair and service processing and packaging equipment

• Troubleshoot equipment to minimize production downtime

• Install and modify machinery as needed

• Coordinate with teams to enhance equipment reliability

• Report equipment status and repair needs effectively

Requirements:

• Certificate of Qualifications – Industrial Mechanic - Millwright (433A)

• 2-3 years of food manufacturing experience preferred

• Basic welding and machining skills desirable

• Knowledge of pneumatic and steam systems is a plus

• Strong organizational and communication skills
