Key Responsibilities:
• Mentor and coach employees for better performance
• Manage daily shop operations and workflow
• Confirm the accuracy of time keeping and work descriptions
• Assist technicians in troubleshooting and repairs
• Schedule and organize work activities for the team
Requirements:
• 3-4 years of leadership experience required
• Trade certification or Journeyman Red Seal needed
• Familiarity with Detroit/Allison and various software
• Desire to lead and improve team dynamics
• Commitment to a safe working environment
