Mechanical Millwright Supervisor

This full-time, onsite position in Hamilton demands a leader with extensive mechanical expertise. You will oversee tasks involving valves, bilge pumps, motors, and hydraulic systems while promoting a safe working environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise installation and repair of mechanical systems

• Lead daily toolbox meetings with teams

• Promote safety protocols and investigate incidents

• Manage administrative tasks like performance reviews

• Collaborate with colleagues to meet operational needs

Requirements:

• 7+ years of hands-on mechanical experience

• 3+ years of supervisory experience

• Valid Red Seal Trade Certification 433A (asset)

• Experience in ship repair/marine industry (asset)

• Strong commitment to workplace safety
