Position: Full-Time Maintenance Technician at Related Group
Join Related Group as a Full-Time Maintenance Technician at Three Round Tower B&C. This role focuses on property maintenance, electrical repairs, and HVAC systems.

As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for hands-on maintenance of offices and other areas. This includes performing inspections, preventative maintenance, and emergency services. Strong communication and expertise in plumbing, electrical work, and HVAC are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of property

• Install and repair electrical systems and components

• Perform preventative maintenance and document findings

• Respond to on-call emergency maintenance requests

• Maintain cleanliness of grounds and manage mechanical equipment

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Minimum of two years maintenance experience

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• EPA or CFC certification

• Ability to lift and handle heavy equipment
