Position: Experienced Painter at Pier 4

As a Painter reporting to the Regional Team Lead, you will uphold our standards in revitalizing properties while ensuring resident satisfaction. Your tasks include preparing and painting various surfaces, managing inventory, and collaborating with Property Managers and Maintenance Technicians. A strong focus on professionalism and customer service is essential to achieve our mission in property management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces via washing, scraping, and sanding

• Apply paint on both interior and exterior surfaces

• Fill holes and seal corners for a polished finish

• Maintain work areas in a clean and organized manner

• Consult with Property Managers to coordinate maintenance efforts

Requirements:

• 5+ years of relevant painting experience

• Proven skills in commercial and residential painting

• Valid Ontario G Driver’s license in good standing

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

• Eligible to work in Canada with a clear background check
