Position: Professional Painter for Property Maintenance
Join Pier 4 as a dedicated Painter in Hamilton/St. Catharines, Ontario. We’re looking for an experienced professional passionate about enhancing property conditions through high-quality painting and maintenance.

As part of our team, you will collaborate with property managers while executing various painting tasks, from preparation to application on multiple surfaces. You’ll be responsible for maintaining a safe and tidy workspace, all while exemplifying our company values of integrity and professionalism. Your expertise will be crucial in creating comfortable living environments for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces by patching, scraping, and sanding

• Apply coatings effectively on interior and exterior surfaces

• Manage and check inventory for materials needed

• Provide general aesthetic maintenance for properties

• Clean up job sites and dispose of waste properly

Requirements:

• High School Diploma and 5+ years of relevant experience

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Comfortable working from heights

• Experience with exterior low-rise residential painting

• WHMIS training is an asset
