American Iron & Metal (AIM) is seeking an experienced Heavy Equipment Maintenance Supervisor to manage a team of mechanics and apprentices. This Monday to Friday role focuses on the effective maintenance and repair of our diverse heavy equipment fleet. Candidates should possess strong mechanical knowledge, supervisory skills, and a commitment to safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and mentor licensed mechanics and apprentices

• Oversee daily repair and maintenance activities

• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues

• Conduct inspections and implement preventative maintenance

• Lead safety inspections and support safety culture

Requirements:

• Valid 421A Heavy Duty Equipment Technician certification

• Proven supervisory experience in equipment maintenance

• Strong mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical knowledge

• Ability to interpret technical manuals and diagrams

• Experience with CMMS is an asset
