At Clintar, were looking for an experienced landscape and softscape professional ready to step into a leadership role.
If you enjoy hands-on work, leading a crew, and seeing a project come to life from start to finish, this could be the opportunity for you.
What Youll Be Doing No two days are the same.
Youll lead and work alongside a crew completing a variety of landscape enhancement projects, including:
Garden, tree, and shrub installations
Mulch installation and property enhancements
Pruning and seasonal landscape improvements
Interlock, stone, grading, and hardscape projects
Decking, fencing, and concrete work Operating trucks, trailers, dump bodies, and landscaping equipment
Coordinating crews to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule
Communicating with customers on-site and ensuring a positive experience
What Were Looking For Were looking for someone who leads by example, works hard, and takes pride in delivering quality results.
You should have:
Experience in landscaping, softscape, or hardscape construction
Crew leadership or supervisory experienceA valid G license with a clean driving record
Experience operating trucks, trailers, and landscaping equipment
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
The ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
The ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions Bonus Qualifications These are considered strong assets:
Horticulture or landscaping education
Estimating or design experience
Health & Safety knowledge
