Key Responsibilities:

• Operate equipment like mowers and trimmers

• Communicate daily plans with Crew Leader

• Participate in required tailgate meetings

• Load and unload work trucks and trailers

• Train crew in techniques and safety protocols

Requirements:

• 3 years landscape maintenance experience

• 1 year prior leadership experience

• Proficiency in driving trucks with trailers

• Valid Full G driver's license and clean abstract

• Ability to lift 15-30 kg and perform physically demanding tasks

As a Lead Hand, you'll drive quality and teamwork in all landscape maintenance projects.
