As a Piling Leadman, you will orchestrate front-end piling activities while coordinating with crane and foundation teams. Your leadership will ensure that piles, casings, and foundation elements are installed safely and efficiently. Experience in construction and deep foundations is crucial, as is a commitment to safety and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead front-end piling activities for efficient project progress

• Assist with the installation of piles and foundation elements

• Direct laborers and equipment operators effectively

• Prepare materials and tools for optimal workflow

• Communicate safety and operational requirements daily

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Experience in piling or related construction operations

• Strong commitment to safety practices

• Valid driver's license for traveling to sites

• Membership with Local 183 or 837 preferred
