This role requires a seasoned technician with at least 5 years of inspection or service experience in fire alarm systems. You will conduct inspections, test systems, and ensure compliance with safety standards. In addition to technical skills, strong troubleshooting ability and effective communication are essential to excel in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct routine inspections and tests on fire alarm systems
• Perform preventive maintenance and minor repairs on life safety products
• Maintain and follow a structured inspection schedule
• Input and archive inspection documents via laptop
• Provide training to junior inspectors and trainees
Requirements:
• CFAA Certification required
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 5+ years in fire alarm inspection or service
• Proficient with hand tools and multi-meters
• Strong troubleshooting skills and customer service orientation
Utilize your skills in inspections and technical training to contribute to safety at Johnson Controls.
