In this position, you'll support various operations within the City of Moose Jaw, including Parks, Roadways, and Wastewater Treatment. Your labor will involve maintenance tasks, assisting teams during repairs, and operating tools safely. You will engage in hands-on work crucial for the city's smooth operation and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute general labor tasks for municipal operations
• Assist with road repairs and traffic control
• Support wastewater maintenance crews as assigned
• Safely operate tools, implements, and equipment
• Maintain parks and other municipal properties
Requirements:
• Valid Class 5 driver's license required
• Class 3A license is advantageous
• Able to lift heavy materials (up to 50 pounds)
• Effective collaboration with coworkers
• Professional interaction with the public
